We are a Gaming community and server rental site. We are looking to switch from a php postnuke engine to the mambo engine and would like to have a custom design made for it that will fit our company. Currently you can look at our website at [url removed, login to view] We would like the design to be professional, yet appeal to our target customers. The template would consist of using our logo that has been already designed. All other graphics and rollovers would be up to the designer that we choose. we also would like our rollovers to look and operate like the ones at [url removed, login to view] We would also like a few designs to choose from at first and then we will choose the design that best fits our company. We would also like 3 modifications to the design we choose so we can tweak it a little more to our likeing. Thanks to all that take there time to bid on our project and we look forward to working with the designer that we choose.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
