Wordpress Managed Content MyPHPadmin MYSQL backend

I require a site that allows people to sign up using , SelectUserName, FirstName, LastName, eMail, age, and selected password. Ajax preferred. It should check to see if username is available and make sure all inputs are formatted properly, including password entry verification. CAPTCHA enabled would also be preferred. Once they submit a form they have to confirm their membership via e-mail. They will receive an e-mail welcoming them to our service, with a link to confirm their membership. After their membership is confirmed, they will be taken to a WELCOME PAGE where they can invite their friends by importing their contacts e-mail list. That contact list will go into a database where there will be three fields [eMailAddresses] [FirstName LastName] [Date]. "eMailAddresses" should be a LONGTEXT value that limits the input a NNNN characters using a JavaScipt input, as well as running a php (or whatever) function that truncates the string at NNNN characters. NNNN is the number to be decided. The site itself will be a blog, (SEE FILE [login to view URL]) where users can write articles and have their own blogs. There should be five roles of registered users [ADMIN] [MODERATOR] [CONTRIBUTOR] [MEMBER]. Admin can do everything. Moderator will have the same capabilities as admin, but cannot assign or modify user roles. A contributor will have their articles listed in the 'Featured Articles' section, and have all of the permissions of members. A member can view all portions of the site, and their articles will be listed in Members Blogs. A member MUST be confirmed in able to write articles, they should be reminded to confirm their membership via e-mail until they do so. That will allow the user to sort through articles by [recently posted], [most viewed], [most comments]. This search should only show up to 300 sorted (LIMIT 25 per page) results for [day][month] [year]. Meaning if they select [most viewed] && [year] they would get the top 300 most viewed articles for the chosen year (LIMIT 25 per page) . We will also need one empty blank page with just the header and the footer so that we can create simple pages that don't need much development. No logo or heavy design required.
