Add one dynamic line to my single page website

I have a single page website at http://www.fathersincourt.org. At the bottom is the sentence "Our next general meeting date is: May-15." I want this sentence to be dynamically changeable from a simple second page that is password protected and has a simple form where someone can input the text. The text won't be changed very often, and there will never be more than one line. The keyword here is simple, and inexpensive.
