how do those 6 forms on your website been accessed till now? we can get all info of keyword using referer,remote IP,server IP whoever hits the form URL of your website. Google analytics API will be implemented in these forms to get all these if you need. ' which is the source url and affiliate URl etc. Then we can build database reports based on these datas collected. i know what you need and i know how to build so either discuss with me if you dont get what i meant or discuss with me for more features on this.
