Drupal 7 Featured Blog entry content type with slider functionality

I have a Drupal 7 site that needs a slider inside a node but not any slider, but with a slider that can contain an image on top with body text under it that can contain html. Similar to what you see on [url removed, login to view]
I need a content type that will allow me to create this by allowing me to create a title for the 'featured blog' body that is on top of the slider if I have any items, and then using the field collection module, add the slider images with the 'Title' 'Image' 'Body'. I should be able to add an unlimited amount of images to the 1 article and have a slider to slide through the content. Similar to the [url removed, login to view] link I provided.
This should be straightforward for someone that knows Drupal 7, Javascript, Jquery, and any other slider framework that works well in Drupal. The most I have for this effort is $80.
