Fix image upload problem on my wordpress auction site

I need a problem rectifying on my wordpress auction site. For uploading images to my auction posts, I use jQuery image upload. When a user with an iPhone tries to upload an image to accompany their auction, the resulting image is just an empty black image. My website is [url removed, login to view] . If you take a look at some of the listings on the homepage, you'll understand what I mean.
The actual process of uploading images from an iPhone does take place, it does upload the file. However after uploading, its gives the preview of the black image. So it seems as if it isnt an actual problem with the uploading process, but a setting somewhere is making the image appear as an empty black image. I am fairly certain this is an iphone/mobile safari issue, as it uploads images perfectly fine from desktop (all browsers) and android devices.
I need this doing asap as the site is being actively marketed.
