Fix shopping cart to work on android devices

I have an existing ecommerce website with a custom shopping cart. My site is running fine except when viewed on Android devices. When adding an item to the shopping cart the website works fine but when the customer goes to checkout the shopping cart is empty. This does not happen when the site is used on a desktop running other browsers. I also need the currency converter fixed.
