Modification of SimpleTradeInstaller Plguin - open to bidding

1. The main task is to let our customer stay on the New plugins page, when they install, activate and disable plugins, they cannot be taken to anywhere else. The "New Plugins" page is the section created by SimpleTradeInstaller Plugin;
2. The developer should not ask me to release any milestone until he delivers me the job in completion with my satisfaction;
3. The developer gotta make an extra plugin to just HIDE (NOT disable) wordpress Plugins and its submenus from admin page
4. The button of "Live View" in "New Themes" section should be removed;
5. No other function of SimpleTradeInstaller should be changed or modified;
6. Developer should keep our database safely without any modification;
The purposes of the whole job which need to be reached are:
1. Customer cannot go to wordpress plugins page to see what plugins we use;
2. But they can manage (install, activate and disable) the plugins we offer from "New Plugins" section created by SimpleTradeInstaller plugin;
3. After any new plugins are installed, they should be able to be seen in wordpress admin menu (say submenu of Settings or Tools) if their default settings are to be managed from wordpress admin menu.
