Link Building Campaign

I am in need of 50 one-way links that will be distributed among 3 websites. These links will come from websites (including directories) in related categories. One link for each site must come from a PR5 page or above, 3 come from a PR4 page for each site & the rest should be no less than PR2. Additional Requirements: 1) An Excel document must be delivered that lists the following: the urls of the pages the links are located, the PageRank linking page, & the date the request was made. 2) Hyperlink text must be spelled correctly & link to the correct url. 3) Each link should come from a unique domain name. 4) Sites must NOT be submitted to any search engines. 5) You will NOT enter our site in any links exchange program like [url removed, login to view], etc. or webrings. 6) You will NOT submit our site to free for all (FFA), links farms, guest books, blog comments, etc. 7) No links will be placed on websites that go against Google’s guidelines. 8) No more than 5 links may come from sites owned by the same individual or entity. 9) No links from doorway or redirect sites are acceptable. 10) No links from XXX sites, hate, racism, casino, pharmacy, or sites containing illegal, offensive, or immoral materials are acceptable. 11) The acceptable number of links that may appear on the linking page: PR5 & below - not more than 50 links, PR6 & above - not more than 75 links. 12) Links must permanent links NOT temporary links & must be created using HTML that can be followed by search engine "spiders". 13) Links should be a maximum of 2 levels deep from the homepage & there should be a clear navigation to the page where our link will be placed. 14) Links must be direct links, not via a redirector. 15) Sites CANNOT already be listed where you are getting the link from. 16) The pages that our link is going on must be in Google's cache. 17) The pages that my link appears on must be on pages that can be crawled by search engine "spiders" & allow them to follow the link back to my site.

## Deliverables

1) 50 one-way, inbound links that are divided among 3 websites and adhering to the requirements specified. 2) An Excel document containing the information specified above. 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
