Make modifications to / Find new host for existing website

I don't know much about programming (which is why I'm here) so instead I will attempt to describe the services I need. I am the owner of an ecommerce website and I have been totally neglected by my host/programmer so I am looking for a replacement. This means that I will need to have my website transferred onto new servers and I will also need to have some changes made to the site (new images, make changes to the shopping cart, a few text changes etc). I will need to have these new images changed/optimized through photoshop. I am currently using the Nebcart shopping cart (<[login to view URL]>) so bidders on this project should have the expertise needed to implement and make changes to this cart. The host server should be reliable and fast. There are also two e-mail accounts associated with the current website that I will need to have old emails backed up. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site must load properly on all popular browsers. Ecommerce must function properly on all popular browsers.
