The page the link is residing on must be cached and read by Google and the average page rank of the links pages should be a PR3 (note: This is the PR of the linking page, not the home page) 2. Links must be from related sites (letting agents)??" Absolutely no links from medicine, porn or other offensive sites 3. Links must not be from classidieds adds, and should be permanent. 4. No commercial web rings or automated link exchange programs like [login to view URL], etc 5. No redirects, JavaScript links, "no follow" or hidden links 6. Links from guest books, blogs, forums, newsroups, FFA, link farms are not acceptable 7. The linking page has to have no more than 40 outbound links 8. One link per domain and all sites must be hosted on different class C IP addresses 9. All process should be honest and manual. We discourage the use of automated software 10. The link page must be located on the first 3 levels of the site. 11. The links should be one way (you will not have access to modify our site) 12. No sites banned by Google and/or other major search engines Note: We will have the right to cancel the links if not under these conditions ** Please describe your link plan in detail and type of sites that you will submit to.
