Bluetooth Scan

I need two very similar bluetooth scanning programs made using JAVA.

I have bluetooth dongle (cable & wireless bluetooth V2.0 EDR 10 USB adapter) which i'll be using with the programs.

First Program:

Title "Register User"

-Allows user to scan and list all the bluetooth devices in the surrounded area

-Display devices name and MAC address (and signal strenght if possible)

-Then allow user to select one of the devices.

-Prompt user for his details and password, Save his details, password(encrypted if pos) and his device details in a file.

-Inform user about the save status

Second Program:

Title "Search Device"

- Allow user to start scan for bluetooth devices.

-Search will ONLY stop when user wishes to OR if the device(s) found is registered/saved in the first program (if search times out, search must restart again without user interaction)

-There can be two or more devices registered so if one device found and its not the desired device, next search must ignore that device in next scan and search must continue without stop, unless directed.

-If two or more devices found at the same time allow user to choose one device and prompt user for password

-Once device found program must display Device name, MAC address, (signal strength) and ask user to enter password, stored earlier in the first program. once authenticated, give message of successful login

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
