Flexible Spending Account Calculator

We need a calculator for our website that will allow our clients to calculate for following information for a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan also known as a Flexible Spending Account. The following information needs to be calculated and dispalyed in two columns, one with the FSA and one without the FSA.: Net Income FICA OASDI DICA Medicare Fedral Tax State Tax Local Tax 401K Plan The data points used to calculate the above values are as follows: Gross Pay Per Period in $ Pay Period - Weekly - Every two weeks - Twice a month - Monthly - 20 Weeks - Annually Filing Status - Married - Single 401K Plan Withholding in % Number of Allowances State and Local Taxes in % Dependent Daycare Expenses in $ Out of Pocket Medical Expenses in $ Insurance Premiums in $ Out of Pocket Dental and Vision Expenses in $ An example of what we want is located at: [login to view URL] However we need a different pay period selection than the demo calculator.
