Server Platform: Windows XP, Apache 2, MySQL 5, PHP 5 A free web based math drilling program for primary to secondary students. Brief description: Front end: A login, register, retrieve forgotten password page. Simple mini game to help student get use to the num-pad and keyboard. A timed basic arithmetic math drilling game. A timed word problems solving page. An instant statistic report at end of each game. A hall of frame (high-score) page to show how well one is doing comparing with the others. Back end: Web based user management. All questions should be computer generated, here is the question set up page. Report printing page. Statistic Chart for evaluate how effective the drilling program improve the mathematical skill of students. Historic Chart showing the improvement of individual student. Language files for easy translation of the program to other language. Look and feel: User friendly and attractive to children. Creatively present the questions to children instead of throwing 100 questions in a form. Security: Source code protection (not downloadable or useless when hosted at other site). Prevent abusive use of the site like register for many account, using macro or automated tool for answering question. Data protection to protect student personal information. Documentation: It is best that no user menu is need to use the program. source code need proper documentation and with meaningful variable name in case we need do some small modification.
