Zencart easypopulate to another name

I need the easypopulate contrib for zencart to be changed to a new name. The SQL will also need to be renamed for it so everything has the new name instead of saying "Easy Populate". This needs to be completed and sent to me in zip format so I can test it.

Payment will be made by GAF transfer or PayPal once project has been tested and seen to be working.
