Add user account system with basic functionality to a site

I'm looking for someone to add a user account system to the site http://www.walletburn.com. The site itself is pretty basic, built with php/js/mysql (quite poorly i have to admit). But if possible I'd like to add the following functionality:
-- let logged in users 'favourite' products via an icon
-- 'my favourites' button that lets user view products they've saved
Further work will be available after but this is the main thing for now
