Looking for someone to design and or create a realty web site. I would like to keep the lay out very similar to my current lay out at Billgilberthomes.com. Could be Open Realty based or new. Features need to include,
Agent sign up/sign in to upload home listings.

Pay pal and preferably credit card checkout system for sale by owners and agents: at minimum paypal
idx solutions/extractor for my mls by ftp
Listings Search results should combine listings inputed by realtors and owners with those from my mls ftp solution extraction
Search by map function like the one here [url removed, login to view] woudl be ultimate goal
automated link exchange program
automated banner advertisment program and checkout solution
google adsense
Must be programed to be google search engine friendly, preferably with each lsiting appearing to be a unique page
Ability to add new pages that that can be indexed by google, teplated pages is fine.
