collaborate software supplier drop ship sending orders

Were looking for a collaborating software, where we will send purchase orders to the supplier, then they can check their stock levels and see what of our orders are in stock, they can adjust the purchase orders, and then it will then turn into an invoice. This all needs to be real time, and allow us to add more then 1 supplier on the supplier end. We might have 30 different suppliers, then on our end we will be having about 20 different websites.

This can be something VERY simple, where it allows us to make a very simple Purchase order and send it to the supplier, with the customers billing and shipping info aswell. Then it allows a place for notes and all that. In the end, we will have to have a way to send the invoice to the customer, then also adding a tracking # to the order, and that be sent to the customer aswell.
