E-Commerce Site Major Fix

I need a programmer to do the following changes to the site www.halloween24.com. 1) Fix the paypal pro integration 2) Implement error checking and returns on a address form. 3) Setup credit card integration with a merchant account 4) Setup a new search table 5) Get the customer review module working 6) Fix the free shipping feature so that its set the lowest shipping level. 7) I have this feed that I submit to google base that comes in the form of a tab delimited text file. The website generates the feeds. At present it just takes all the data from the table I need it so that it takes only the items that are in stock and to remove some of the illegal characters it generates. I have attached the tab delimited file ([login to view URL]) and the source code of the file that generates the froogle.txt. 9) Google analytics integration for e-commerce. 10) Move three websites from one server to another server. Please see attached document for more details. I don't have a lot of money to spend $900. I need it done in three weeks. I will transfer 50% of the money when 50% of the work is 50% complete. The remaining 50% will be when everything has been tested. Its a tricky because the code is not open source. No it is not at least as far as I know.
