Complete Money Cycler Script

I need a complete script with all the features that X Pay Cycler has ([login to view URL]). ** Compatible Payment Processors ** The following processors must be supported by default: @ PayPal @ E-Gold @ Pecunix @ E-Bullion @ WebMoney @ MoneyBookers @ AlertPay @ SafePay --Deposits Instead of all deposits being verified manually by the administrator, the following services must be completely automatic meaning that each payment must be completely verified before any spots are allocated to that user: @ PayPal - PayPal IPN. USERS MUST NOT BE ABLE TO MANIPULATE THE SCRIPT USING JAVASCRIPT OR ANY OTHER METHOD IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT AMOUNT OR MODIFY THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THE SCRIPT IN ANY WAY. I want to see what security systems you have put in place for each payment processor before any transaction will be made. Other deposit methods will have to be verified manually. --Withdrawals The following payment processors must be eligible for batch payments: @ E-Gold @ E-Bullion @ MoneyBookers @ PayPal @ WebMoney ** Admin Area ** The admin area should be indentical in terms of functionality to the X Pay Cycler's admin area. Differences: --Tasks @ The category "Deposits and Withdrawals" should include an option for batch PayPal payments named "Batch PayPal Payments". @ The category "Deposits and Withdrawals" should include an option for batch Moneybookers payments named "Batch MoneyBookers Payments". @ The category "Deposits and Withdrawals" should include an option for batch E-Bullion payments named "Batch E-Bullion Payments". @ The category "Deposits and Withdrawals" should include an option for batch Webmoney payments named "Batch Webmoney Payments". --Batch PayPal Payments @ This should be identical to the E-Gold batch payments area, only it will send payments using the PayPal MassPay API. See [login to view URL] --Configuration --Payment Processors @ The user should be able to define to define IPN settings for each default processor (See compatible payment processors). @ The user should be able to create new payment processors, but cannot define IPN settings (so it should be indentical to the X Pay Cycler system). @ The setting for E-Gold password should not be in the "General settings" but in the E-Gold processor settings. The system MUST be programmed using the Smarty Templates Engine. A full design must be done for the Admin and front areas. There should be a file where I can define the script name and version. All files must contain a license check system. I will elaborate furthur to the project winner. I am thinking of spending $200 at most on this. Apart from the things I've mentioned above the system must be identical in terms of functionality to X Pay Cycler. I may announce additional changes at any time. Good luck on your bids!
