114096 Correct PHP Errors in CMS

Our Content Management System (CMS) includes 4 modules:
1. Manage Members
2. Manage Resources (our directory listing and online text and banner ad section)
3. Manage Blog
4. Manage Bulletin (allows admin to post a single message for a limited time that members see when they login to their account)
Unfortunately, our last programmer left a lot of PHP Errors and we cannot finalize Testing of the Customer Site along with the CMS. Please review the Word document and let me know if you can correct the PHP Errors we currently face. I appreciate clean coders and comments within the code.
In future phases, we hope to develop the following Modules: Manage Calendar of Events, Manage Shopping Cart, Manage Contests, Manage Ezine, Manage Photo Gallery, Manage Video Library.
