Design a PHP Web Application

I need a web page made in php and javascript. It doesnt need to be complicated. Everything must be protected by a login page though. This application will be for a chess tournament that I run. I will need the following pages: New Player: This will add a new record to a sql database Sign In Page: Each Fri and Sat I run a tournament. I will need a table to keep track of who showed up on which day. It will only allow players registered through the last page to sign up. Also a little javascript would be nice, something that will watch what you type and show a search that matches what you typed. This way you only need to type the first couple of letters and click on the player from a list box. Add Result Page: I need another table to record the results of each game. This will add a record indicating who played who and who won. The same people can play each other multiple times. I dont want to spend very much on this, so whatever we can do to make this cheaper would be appreciated.
