Internet Download / Upgrade Manager.
The Supply of a download / upgrade manager program for large files, and or an Application Software Groups (ASG) of files to be used on a members style web page for secure downloads. This may be just one file a disk image or a set of multiple files making up the application program.
The program consist of two parts, the server side in PHP / MY SQL residing as a Xoops plug in and the user side as an applet that is downloaded and run at each instance. This is most likely a Java applet and runs similar to the Microsoft’s or Adobe ’s download manager systems. The main difference is that this application can be set up to download the upgrades / programs / Images to be used on another PC and hence it will also use a file (includes encrypted security information) provided to it from the original software program they purchased and now intending to upgrade.

Payment by escrow 70% after completion of project demonstrated on your server with the set of test files that we will supply you to use and 30% installed on our server with full source code and help files for both the Client and server. 30 days of help after this is assumed.
