I need a flash game developer, to help me create my multiplayer card game, its no that different from hearts game on windows, but there is a slight difference, we will go into this later on. Thank You ## Deliverables **The Rules Of The Card Game: ** 1. Similar to Spade and Hearts, this game can be played by 4 people at a time with the 2. option of the computer replacing any one or more of the players. Players are divided into 3. two partnerships. Partners sit across from each other. At first, a card must be picked by 4. each player. Whoever picks the highest order becomes the King. 5. The order of cards is as follows: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 6. (Highest to Lowest). In case two players choose the same value of cards, the suit 7. determines the King in the following order of precedence: Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, and 8. Clubs. 9. After the king is chosen by this method, 5 cards are dealt to him and all other players. 10. Based on these cards, he has the option of picking a trump. After he has picked the trump, 11. cards are again dealt in groups of four in a counter-clockwise manner. When all the cards 12. are dealt, each player should hold 13 (52/4) cards. Each partnership must try to win 7 13. tricks. The first partnership that wins the game is allocated 1 point. If the king’s team 14. wins, the same person is again the king and the game starts again with dealing 5 cards to 15. each player. If the opposite partnership wins, the next person in line (counter-clockwise) 16. becomes the king and he has to decide the trump for the next game. The game starts by the Hakem playing a card. This card could be anything, and unlike 30. Hearts there is no restriction on the first card. The winning hand belongs to the team with 31. the highest card played in the hand. Other players must play the same suit unless they 32. have no card of that suit in which case they can play any card.
