I have a website based on PhpMotion software. ? I need some programming changes and a template/skin.
1. New template and logo. ? I'd want it to look like a tv station. ? Now playing, etc. ? It would be the same functionality that PhpMotion has, just look cool. It would also be themed. ? I can give you more on that at your request.
2. I need the ability to sell pay-per-view vids. ?

I realize that some people can code but not skin and the other way around. ? If you are bidding on 1 portion of this, please note that in your bid.
The skin should be straight forward.
The pay per view:
Regular user can see 'free vids' how ever the system currently works. ? If it is a PPV, they have to logged in and buy credits. ? Credits will be sold via configurable packages and then bought though paypal IPN. They can keep a credit balance.
Admin page will need full admin of credits (part of the user manager works). Also need to be able to add/delete/modify purchasing packages (price vs credits). ?
Video owners can upload their vids but it will have a check box for if it is a PPV. ? If it is, there will be a drop down on how many credits it will cost. ? Most vids will be 1 credit.
I will need a full admin for PPV vids.
I will need full transaction logging. ? I will pay the vid owners a % of the credit price. I will need to have an admin page that shows all stats for views, etc. ? So I can pay them correctly. ? I will need to be able to have a 'pay' button where I pay that user off. ? I can do the transaction manually but it will need to set all the views to paid and not active so they will not get paid for them when I do the next payout cycle.
