Incomplete System III

This project is for my own web site which I am currently too busy to complete. It entails tieing up loose ends and finishing up client management and payment options for my Web Hosting company. You will be required to have excellent PHP skills. Dont bother bidding if you are not a serious developer. **!!! NB !!! IMPORTANT !!! NB !!! : Due to 100% failure rate of all past project with bidders from India/Pakistan and surrounding regions - we will only CONSIDER bids from these countries if they are 50% of the maximum project bid. In other words, dont bother bidding if you are from these areas and if you will not do this project for 450U$D or less. !!! NB !!! IMPORTANT !!! NB !!! : Please provide the following details in your bid: 1) Your suggested timeframe 2) Examples of previous work 3) Your bid amount!** ## Deliverables What I need done (brief overview): I need the development completed on my unfinished web site. Requirements include integrating my system with reseller API's of my suppliers. I will also need various payment options integrated (some already done, some half done - theyre all easy to implement). What I already have: The web site front end is basically complete, viewable here: [login to view URL] There is already a content management system in place as well as a database with all products, etc. You will NOT be able to use a 3rd party CMS and will have to work off the existing one. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience in PHP, MySQL, SEO and AJAX. You should also have experience in e-Commerce web sites since you will be needed to implement various payment acceptance methods. Timeframe for delivery: You tell me. Project Detail: - Make an online payment - VCS (see attached [login to view URL]) - Moneyboookers (see their web site) - Setcom (see their web site) - Setup an online recurring payment - VCS - Order products online (products table exists) - web hosting (choose plan, then->): - Update Nameservers - customer specifies a domain name - Transfer domain - refer to domain registrations/transfer below - Register New Domain - refer to domain registrations/transfer below - internet access - order & charge - domain registration/transfer/check availability - integration with uniforum ([login to view URL]) method of registering domains - integration with reseller club (http:///[login to view URL]) API to register their domain options Keeping in mind that this needs to be done for both new clients (where all account/client details need to be captured) as well as existing clients (where they can add services to their existing account). Payments & Payment Tracking When payments are made via an online method, web site must track payment and mark it as a successful payment (or not) according to that payment gateway's response -etc. CASH payments can also be added via the backend system. When a visitor orders the above services and chooses CASH as the payment method, then the order is placed but the account is not created - etc at the supplier/api until I have set the cash payment as received and only then can the account be created. Domain Registration/Transfer UniForum does not have an API and uses a simple text form (downloadable from their site) to register/update domains. The system must automatically fill this form in and submit it to coza-admin[at][login to view URL] using the variables the customer gave and our details. The form changes once every couple of years so the backend must have facility for us to update the form and place the customer/our variables in the new form. Checking for availability with UniForum is also pretty basic and it is accomplished by checking: [login to view URL] With Reseller club domains (.com, .biz, etc) you must refer to their API documentation on how to check for availability, registration procedures, transfer procedures, etc. Previous examples of work are essential.
