Joomla Google Map API/Database and PHP Script Installtion into Joomla

We have to projects that need to be completed. Unrelated to one another. BOTH require a JOOMLA EXPERT. Please show examples of custom JOOMLA sites. I do not wish to see sites that you have done that do not use the Joomla framework. ------------ PART 1 ------------ The first is installing mortgage calculators onto a joomla website. The package of calculators comes from [login to view URL] I also have a zip demo package from them that has all the source files for a single calculator. If you are serious about bidding, please request this package from me so you can look it over. ------------ PART 2 - Open House Map ------------ VERY similar to [login to view URL] Basically, the map plots places that have open houses. Users can customize their search criteria to only display open houses within their requested results. They will then be able to print out a list (print friendly) of all the open houses they want to view. There will be a few changes from the demo link above, but the concept remains the same. We would like to use Google Maps API, or if you have another suggestion, we are up for it. The data will come from a custom database that you create (can be part of joomla) that stores information that real estate agents enter, which will be in another section you build. On another page, real estate agents can enter information in fields for their open house. Including, Price, Company, Location, MLS number, photo upload and resized, and other fields I will give you. The information will then be sent to the administrator for approval in the Joomla admin section and an email dispatched to a specified email address before it goes live. This is the information that will be used to plot places on the map. The map will ONLY show open houses in the future. That means, that after the open house is OVER, the entry will automatically be deleted from the database. If driving directions can easily be calculated, then that would also be a major plus. ------------------------ Please make this an extension that can be enabled/disabled. It will not be distributed, but please do NOT encrypt any code in case it needs to be edited.
