We are building a site that sells a product, it is similar to car automobile web sites, how the customer can list their car for sale, and the customer pays a fee to list their car for sale. We need this same type of system however for a different product. We already designed the web site and now we just need an experienced PHP/MySQL programmer to complete the front end look and configure to make it match our design and create the back-end admin pages so our client can manage the site on their own.

In short:
The seller needs to be able to add there item, and pay a fee, and the buyers need to be able to browse the database.
