Need Detailed RSS Wordpress Plugin

This is a simple WP plugin program for a programmer who knows what he is doing. 1) The plugin will pull RSS and Article feeds from the Internet and Article directories and then display these feeds in the form of posts on the WP blog. The user will have the ability to insert up to 6 containers within the posted text. What are these 6 containers? In the admin panel, there will be 6 boxes which the user can fill in with any type of text, html or code. When a post is made, each of these 6 containers will be inserted evenly across the post at regular intervals depending on how long the post is. Even if a manual post is made, the containers will still be inserted. In the admin panel, there will be a "Sources" section. Here the user can specify xml feeds he would like pulled along with some generic preset sources. There will be a keywords section which will accomplish several tasks. 1st, the plugin will fetch feeds based on these keywords. 2nd, each keyword entered can have a url associated with it so that, that keyword is hyperlinked to that url within a post (if that keyword appears). In the same keywords section, the user will be able to specify multiple categories to which each keyword(post) will belong. Then, there is the splitters/containers section where the user can input his text/html/code into each box. Each box can be controlled by CSS too. An Options" panel which will house settings such as how often a feed should be pulled and random time feed pulling and a list of bad words to filter and word substitution and a few more things. Also an option to import a bunch of articles which have been loaded in a zip file and then have them displayed on the blog on a schedule. A security feature is required which will require every purchaser of this plugin to enter his domain on my membership site. More details in attached file.
