Need Facebook Fan Page Guru Programmer

I need someone who really knows how to make Facebook Fan pages well.

What I want is to only how the order form after they've clicked on Like for the Fan Page.

Also if possible it would be nice to have them just Like the video instead of the fan page, in order that their friends will be able to play the video on their facebook. If they like the page then their friends won't be able to see the video box in their Facebook. It would be cool to think of a creative way in which they like the fan page and the video before they fill out the order form.

Let me know how you would plan to go about doing it.
