Need to fix quickly a mod created with cURL, javascript.

Need to fix quickly a small problem for a mod that was created with cURL and javascript. This simple Mod contains only 2 php files. It is working very well on a php/mySQL website (getting keyword of each video, fetching and showing related Wikipedia article). But for some keywords in French language (with French accents, apostrophes,...), it cannot fetch Wikipedia article. I need that the Mod also works well with all French keywords. Cost: $10 (or until $30, see below). If you're really proficient with cURL, javascript and familiar with Wikipedia, I may also ask you for a small modification for the mod and for an application of the Mod on another php website (you will be explained via PM). In this case, the cost should be $20 (+ modification) or $30 (+ modification and + application), instead of $10. Please only bid if you are very good with cURL, javascript and agree with the budget. Please do not forget to type "WIKI" in your Bid/PMB (that way I know you have read all the project details and are not a generic bot). Otherwise I will delete the bid straightaway. Thank you.
