I am working on a project, I do not wish to release the name publicly but, it will require a programmer that is based in Web Development to code the site. The project "script" is a budget of 200.00 which is the max, we will pick the highest quality person who offers their service and also the best offer. The site in a simple term is a site where people can visit, login, register and download free graphics, they can opt-in and pay for a monthly account and they will receive all of the "premium" graphics with unlimited downloads of the graphics. Some major features: - Main page (Option to switch view of top/highest rated/new - old/etc.) - Search page (people can search for graphics, etc.) - Download Page (different if its free or paid graphics) - Login/Register (Allow access to download) - Premium (Can download locked graphics, etc. pay monthly by paypal) - User Submit (members can submit work, get designer status. They get paid for how many downloads of their work) - Comments/Like/View Count system (for the download page, etc.) Also generally, the categories, recent graphics, download button, admin panel, etc. should have.
