Photo search widget for website

I need a photo search widget(size 300x250)for a hair fashion website to help visitors find photos of hairstyles, based on criteria they enter/tick on a simple search form. Criteria might be: Level 1 - Length: Very Short Short Medium Long Level 2 - Texture: Straight Wavy Curly Level 3 - Color: Brown Blonde Black Red Level 4 - List most recent additions first .... This is only a sample. More criteria might be added. I would tag each image (in a database), in accordance with the widget's search criteria. It must be very easy to add new images + tags. When the user enters the criteria, the widget should return a number of thumbnail images of hairstyles. There must also be a "next page" button to browse to the next set of results. Each thumbnail is linked to a webpage with the full size image of the hairstyle. When clicking on that image, the webpage must open in a new window. It must be possible to place this widget (size 300x250) on other websites too => a "get widget" button must be provided. The person that gets this job must be able to design an attractive widget and a webpage where the code of the widget is made available to interested webmasters.
