SideReel like AJAX links

Look at [url removed, login to view] see on the bottom how all the videos are listed?

I need that changed to list the categorys only and then when you click on them to list the subcategories.

See how the links are setup? You click on season one the list pops up?

Thats what i want in the bottom link area of my site.
