70064 simple data parsing

I need someone to parse data from a page to my site....its real simple for someone who know how to do it. I have created a routine that you can call at: [login to view URL] If you call it with no parameters it will return its results in the following format: 333700.0 "30 Year Fixed Rate",6.5,6.75,30 "15 Year Fixed Rate",6.0,6.25,15 "30 Year Adjustable Rate - Fixed for 5 Years",5.7,5.875,30 "30 Year Adjustable Rate - Adjusts Every 12 Months",3.375,4.375,30 The first line will always contain one #. It's the amount of the JUMBO RATE limit (see report info for how to use this). The remaining lines will always be acomma delimited list representing one line per rate info. The 4 fields in each line are: - the description of the type of rate - the conforming rate - the jumbo rate - the term for the loan There could be less or more than 4 separate rate lines. For now there are 4. The one parameter you can pass is ACTION. The 3 values for the action variable are: action=r (returns only the rate comma delimited records) action=j (returns only the JUMBO amount) action=b (returns both -- if you don't set the action parameter this is the default) Let me know if you want the routine to return its results in a different format to make it easier for your developers to get the data. DISPLAYING THE DATA: I have put up a sample page at: [login to view URL] It should be pretty self-explanatory, but a few things to point out: - I don't pass any value for the POINTS column. It should always be 0. - I don't use the TERM value that is passed. Just ignore it for now. - The jumbo amount in the footnote under the table is the amount that is passed in the batch routine. - To recap, the values that get passed from the routine and are displayed in the table are: a) the jumbo amount (actually used in the footnote under the table) b) the description column c) the conforming rate column d) the jumbo rate column. lowest bidder wins
