Simple Trading card game

Hi to all!

I am a college student looking for a way to create an online trading card game. I am not necessarily looking for a professional coder who likes to get things done as fast as possible.

Anyone who simply wants to help me create this, and become known is welcome.

I need help of someone who will be able to code/implement it.

The game is Yu-gi-oh.I don't have a big list of features. I don't have a large budget furthermore I don't ask nothing about the graphic, I believe up to $100 is a good amount for something such as this, since professional scripters sell their scripts for $50-$200

Features to be coded:

* Use of PHP and SQL onlly to have a website with a functional user database, user deck builder and card storage system.

* Player vs Player (rooms) in Javascript (to do not overload the server), so the decks will be loaded from sql with php and the players play manualy Draging and dropping the cards from different zones.

* Rank System

* Admin Control Panel in order to control many of the future features( Don't included in the project)

* An easy way to add, edit, remove any new or old cards to the game without any extra coding needed in the AdminCP.

(sql gui)

* Chat Rooms.

The rest I will do alone ^__^
