Wordpress Website - Custom Design already completed in Photoshop

I have attached all the psd files for the site. The pages of the site should be built with divs and css, no tables please. The site needs to be W3C compliant. Use H1, H2, etc... effectively for good search engine awareness. The site is fairly straight forward. There will be a contact form, a jquery popup on the home page. 8 pages in total and the rest is just design. ## Deliverables I need a jquery option on the homepage where the client will click on a question and the answer will appear in a bubble as you can see from [login to view URL] file. There are areas where there are contained boxes with text and pictures inside. If the client adds more content to these areas I will want the container to expand below. I think this is pretty common. ie. Advocacy page - if a client ads content to the top box then the background image in the div would also have to expand. This goes for all pages. There are two media pages - What's New and Media. These will be pages where the client ads new posts. So, when the client writes the post they will be able to choose which page they want the post to go to. Please install all the latest, most effective plugins for SEO, Conact Form, Sitemap, etc.. on the site.
