Joomla Banner adds modification

I am using the default Joomla banner component.
I need monthly reporting, preferable sent in a CSV file at the end of every month and saved for download of current and previous months.
I would like this done as an installable component. It this is to hard let me know
Admin can login and view and download as CSV previous months and current month.
I also need to have the banneres centered on the left and righ columb.
Monthly reports is to include:
Stats for the month of April
Name - Client - Category - Impresions - Clicks - Description/Notes
Administration component will show
Stats for April 09 [download CSV] [View]
Stats for March 09 [download CSV] [View]
Stats for Feb 09 [download CSV] [View]
Stats for Jan 09 [download CSV] [View]
etc
