Joomla/PHP expert required - for custom modules and Joomla customisation

I am looking for a COMPETENT Joomla EXPERT who can create custom components for the Joomla cms, they must also be capable of manipulating existing components such as the Virtuemart shopping cart component. I have a few joomla projects that need some intense PHP manipulation, but first I need to see the chosen developer is capable.
