Repair MInor Problems on Web Site

Need a Joomla programmer to add new features to the classified ads web site. The programmer is required to creative and innovative in order to make the site attractive with cutting-edge features.
The first job will be do minor repairs to the site:
* Add 12 months posting option - Current posting durations are for 1, 3 and 6 months.
* Sending Newsletter is not functioning in the Joomla backend.
* Video upload option is not functioning.
I will pay no more than $100 for the above minor repairs.
Once the above work is completed, we will then proceed to larger updates, such as adding video chat options etc.
Seeking Russian or Ukraine programmers only.
