85888 Wedding List script conversion

I have a client who has a php based Wedding Planner installed on their site, I need someone to convert the entire process into a Joomla Component and Modules that can be viewed only by the user account that is logged in - in other words, a couple register, have their own wedding planner to complete, no one else can see that.
