213930 Mod Rewrite Script .htaccess

Alright, I need a simple script to rewrite the .htaccess file for mod rewrite. Basically, I have a blog/forum and I want to redirect outbound links that users post. So say a user post something about tea, and the put the link www.tea.com. I want so when the user clicks on the link, it checks it against my script for the matching link, if found it will redirect to the affiliate link. Fuctions Needed: - I enter in the original URL - I then enter in the redirect URL (affiliate link) - Hit "Submit" and it modify s the .htaccess file on my server. - Need to be able to view/edit/delete entries. - Needs to rewrite for all three address types: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], site.com. That way it catches all options. - Needs to be Search Engine OK Please see sample mock up attached.
