Duplicate entry '2147483647' for key 1 (PHP script problem)

I use an OLD traffic/hit tracking script and I get this error recently.

Error:

insert into table_ip_trackers (id,ad_key,ip_addr,country) values('', '31351', '[url removed, login to view]', '');

Duplicate entry '2147483647' for key 1

The problem is due because the DB is not configured properly and it does not support to have more queries included I think because the PHP script version is OLD. Anyway, it's an easy fix when you know how to fix it. You need to increase the MAX VALUE.
