MySQL PHP Search, Import and Sort Scripts

I am in need of a few php search and data manipulation scripts that will do the following.

1. Upload data into one or more databases via excel worksheet, .csv. with the click of a button.

2. Crossreference a portion of the sales data as it's being imported into the database to another database to populate some additional fields in the record.

For example the data will contain a number of fields, 10 or so including a unique number for example, 00-01-01-0009, that matches up to another field with the exact same number in another record in another database. Once imported the matched number will pull some information from the other database record into the current record. The number is a "key code" that needs to be deciphered. I'll provide additional information to decipher the coded number, which breaks down into 5 different parts, however each new record needs to be populated with the proper identifiers.

3. Sort and group data by date ranges and make some basic calculations that will calculate totals, percentages and return on investment, etc.

4. Allow for data to be viewed on the web page and downloaded to a .csv spreadsheet for further analysis offline.

I have 3 sources of data, daily sales data, daily ad spend data, and some "foundation" data. I'm invisioning 3 databases, one for sales, one for ad spend and one for the foundation data. The first 2 will have daily updates the last will be updated less frequently but will need to have the functionality to update and make changes.

I have some basic knowledge of php and mysql database so I can install the scripts and build out the databases. I just need the scripts that will do the work and some help in making sure everything works.

This job should not take too long. I'll assign 7 days to start with but will be willing to extend the deadlines as needed.
