Ventrilo Voice Server Control Panel

I am looking to have a Ventrilo control panel made to allow client interface and admin interface to un off a browser interface from our website on linux server Featurs: Client login: Edit their .ini file Exception of ip address Coex & port# Edit their .ban file Edit their .chn file Edit their .usr file Edit their .motd file Start/Restart their server Stop their server Edit their server hostname View their current server log file Create their own users, giving their friends access to control parts of the Ventrilo Server Admin interface conplete editing and cretion of servers I am licened and can setup a server to work with. I need to be able to install this script on mutiple server also.
