The step of the project

A. Webmobile web site (HTML5)

B. Mobile apps QR Reader

A. Development of the web-mobile site, in order to view well on different mobile browser

- the web site must be optimized for mobile device ( optimized php, css, images size/ resize)

- a user can make a new registration on the website directly from QR reader apps, not form desktop computer

- web site must verify if user use to view the site the mobile device

- implementations SSL for mobile devices

- system must have a administration interface in order to add/modify/change page users image etc

I accept to be implemented using one of this CMS : joomla, drupal, wordpress

All web-mobile code must be clear

B. Development QR Reader (Only QR decoder) for all mobile device OS:

iphone,

android,

blackberry,

symbian,

windows mobile,

bada, java, palm

- fast QR reader with personalization with my design Logo/images

- QR Reader after installation on the mobile device must be activated with user registration, and user confirm his activation with sms code

- QR Reader must recognized when decode a QR code my QR code generated on my platforme (recognized the URL encoded in QR)

- other info send at request

- QR Reader must communicate with our QRCode generator platform through API (nned to implemented I already purchase the api framework)

Support for mobile apps for 6 months

other support for add more features for the next 6 months.
