I am looking for giving some work with below requirements, defined in Phases.
1) Online translator for different languages. It should not google quality for translation.
2) I also need our customers to open their account with us and use it to upload for example a document in chinese and get it auto-converted into english or french etc..
3) I also need it's android and ios app.
4) We are also looking to have our own devices etc.
