Front and Back End Admin Site with Various Tools

I’m putting together a website as my own little side project (front and back-end) containing various tools that ultimately will be offered end-users if things work out. The site should be coded with PHP and use a MySQL database connection (MySQLi). I’m looking for someone who has eye for design, smart functionality and is effective (and willing to learn on his/her own time as needed). Pending we do come along the project has scope to last for quite some time and expand. The rate will be hourly and will be paid regularly. Key skills and requirements: • PHP, CSS, MySQL, JQUERY and AJAX • Eye for design, efficient and organized • On time reporting on work done and time spent • Able to work on my evening time 18:00-24:00 CEST (so EU origin preferred) • Clean coding (with help text) and also an eye for best practice and security • Good level of English / Willing to jump on Skype If you can’t deliver on the above please refrain from offering your service. The design will be based on this theme/framework (focus): [login to view URL] This will require a longer chat and larger briefing document but to give a quick brief: modules will range from simple forms to advanced ones using various plugins (e.g. alerts, datatables, validation, tags, typeahead/autocomplete, select2, bootstrap, modals comes to mind, though ultimately anything that makes the system better). There is need for a CRM system (companies with linked contacts), inbox/messages, scheduled mailing of queued tasks and reminders, a grid based drag and drop advanced event booking system (looking to build a module from scratch using [login to view URL], AJAX and whatever else is needed). The system will have to be modular to a high degree, with support for multiple clients and different user access levels (the login system I want to use and integrate is [login to view URL]). I’ve a site with a security certificate so things should clearly support HTTP early on. I have started on the task but not being organized and mainly working with PHP and MYSQL with limited skills as to jQuery/Java/AJAX and elements that these days are required to make things look nice. I’m also not a clean code so an early task for you will be to clean up and improve on some existing messy code. I think it’s safe to say this will take quite some time with a lot of feedback back and forth between us to get thing right and improve, and should it be done in record time I’ve always more hobby projects to discuss.
