195643 Improve my news script

I want two things done, improve news and multi-level admin. I have my own custom CMS and I would like you to make sure it works with the CMS. news I want categories in the news. Similar to wordpress. For ex, main page news will have all categories. When someone clicks a specific category, it will filter all the news and will only show the the category clicked. In the back end, meaning for the admin. I want to make a user friendly image upload. Where the writer can upload images and put it where ever the writer wants to put it in the news post ( For ex, He can put it in the text, so the text aligns with it or put it at the bottom or top). What I am looking for here is... upload the image, and then it gives a link or a keywords (example of keyword, [ [login to view URL]].) and he can put it where ever he wants in the post. admin I want multi-level admin. I am the master admin, so I can post, upgrade users to donater status, etc... I want to have admins that can only write. So, I want a feature in the admin control panel where I can just put his/her username in there and submit. After submittting, that user will be able to write (post news). Also, I want you to make this future proof. Future proof meaning, If I wanted to add more levels or if I wanted to add more admin powers/features for any level of admin, you wouldn't need to re-write the whole script.
