Joomla Component Modifications

I have a component which i require some small modifications. The component is used for creating Menus for restaurants. We are able to customise fonts but need an option to print, an option to create pdf and an option to email the menu with the fonts rendered. We have tried but cannot render the fonts from the page. It is also opening in a seperate window for print option so this needs to print from the popup. We also need the option to turn on and off the print pdf and email options in our control panel options.
